FAQs

What's the best way to try the coaching out?

The simplest way is to book your first 25-minute session and we can see whether there’s a fit. I want to make sure you get the most value out of our sessions, so will suggest something else if it doesn’t work out.

Will I get a recording of the session?

Yes, within 24 hours of the session finishing, you’ll receive a link to the recording and the key points we discussed.

How do I get the the most out of the session?

Ahead of the session I’ll contact you and ask about any areas you’d like to focus on. I’ll prepare to run through your points during the session.

If the session doesn't seem helpful, will I get a refund?

No. You are paying for my time, so coaching fees are non-refundable. To get the most out of our time together, think about what you’d like to get out of the session and write some questions or discussion points down.

Can I reschedule the session?

Sessions can be rescheduled but can only postponed by upto 4 weeks. Just contact me to rearrange.

The fine print

  1. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless required by law or agreed upon by both parties.
  2. Payments and fees: Payment is due upfront. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  3. Session scheduling and cancellation: Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Sessions must be used within 3 months. If sessions are not used in 3 months no refunds will be given.
  4. One cancellation or postponement is allowable, multiple is not! Please value my time.
  5. Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice or the session fee may be forfeited.
  6. Client responsibilities: Clients are expected to actively participate, complete any assigned tasks, and be punctual for sessions.
  7. Termination policy: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice, with more than 24 hours notice ahead of a session
  8. Limitation of liability: The coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the coaching relationship.
  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
