About us
Company Road was founded by Chris Hudson, who saw over-niching and specialisation as a barrier to change within organisations. Having worked as a transformation leader and teacher of design thinking practices for over 20 years, both here in Australia and internationally, Chris brings a unique, deep and ‘blended’ skillset that will cohere and enable your teams to deliver ambitious and complex change programs.
We set out to challenge the status quo of consulting. Company Road is the result.
We’re deliberately ‘un-set’ in our ways, unprecious and ruthlessly independent. We’re not building our service and capability around our own org chart or a particular tech platform we’re skilled in.
We’re impartial facilitators. We start by understanding your current teams capability and deliver programs of work through what you have already. We want to hero you and your high-performing teams in delivering transformative programs of work. We make you the experts within your organisation.
